Method

  1. Dice the chicken and mix in the Tikka Pasty Mix.
    Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the cold water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place the filling into suitable pastry cases, glaze using the FTG pastry glaze p/n 62564. This should be done prior to again 5 minutes before the end of boiling. Bake in an oven at 190 °C ( 375 °F ) for the required time.
