Product make up:

RECIPE
Usage 20% dry mix to 80% Cold Water.

To make a 1 Kg mix take 200g of the potato topping mix and add 800g cold water and leave to hydrate.

To this add 100g Leeks (blanched/cold) and 100g Cooked Bacon.


Method

  1. Chop the leeks and blanch for 2 minutes – allow to cool.
  2. Chop the bacon and fry until cooked – allow to cool.
  3. Weigh out the potato mash mix into a bowl.
  4. Add the measured amount of water and evenly mix.
  5. Leave to hydrate for 20 minutes.
  6. The product is now ready to use.
